central location friendly staff street noise hard beds
i loved that the location was super central! it was so easy to get around. the staff were also really friendly (they always had a smile!).
the noise from the street was a bit much for me. i had some trouble sleeping due to party noise. the beds felt hard (i was surprised!).

Acceptable but with Disappointing Room Issues
foul smell ineffective soundproofing
The location was very convenient to both the train station and the city center.
The room smelled strongly of sweaty feet, traced to the duvet and a pillow. The overnight staff did provide a new duvet and offered a room change, but i did not want to move my children after bedtime. Soundproofing is not effective, as street noise was constant and disruptive to sleep. Trams passing were audible.

friendly staff afternoon cake central location
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the generous offering of coffee and cake in the afternoons. The hotel is centrally located.
I noticed some noise from the street at night, made sleeping a little difficult. The noise came from people partying.

I appreciated the location near place de la comedie and the main rail station. It made getting around easy. the staff offered helpful assistance . the room had a good size and nice decoration. breakfast was adequate with a variety of both sweet and savory options.

The hotel is close to the railway station. It is just a short walk. the staff was helpful. they offered pastries and cake in the afternoon. the air conditioning worked very well during the summer heat.
i noticed very slight noise from the street, though it did not significantly impact my stay.

The location was fantastic. I was very close to the train station and many restaurants. I found the air conditioning very welcome because it was humid. The lobby and breakfast area were well-designed.
