i loved that the location was super central! it was so easy to get around. the staff were also really friendly (they always had a smile!).
the noise from the street was a bit much for me. i had some trouble sleeping due to party noise. the beds felt hard (i was surprised!).

The location was very convenient to both the train station and the city center.
The room smelled strongly of sweaty feet, traced to the duvet and a pillow. The overnight staff did provide a new duvet and offered a room change, but i did not want to move my children after bedtime. Soundproofing is not effective, as street noise was constant and disruptive to sleep. Trams passing were audible.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the generous offering of coffee and cake in the afternoons. The hotel is centrally located.
I noticed some noise from the street at night, made sleeping a little difficult. The noise came from people partying.

The hotel is close to the railway station. It is just a short walk. the staff was helpful. they offered pastries and cake in the afternoon. the air conditioning worked very well during the summer heat.
